A cycle represents a single unit of cloud computation used to trigger templates, auto-render captions, generate voiceovers, or execute AI design tasks. Standard videos consume ~5-15 cycles depending on resolution, length, and media complexity.
What happens if I exhaust my cycles?
You can upgrade to the next tier or purchase cycle expansion top-ups ($5 for 100 cycles) instantly from your workspace billing settings. Cycles reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
How does high-speed asset storage work?
Asset storage is used to store your custom video projects, templates, custom fonts, audio archives, and raw media. File uploads are optimized via Edge CDN nodes for lightning-fast rendering inputs.
Can I cancel or change plans instantly?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. When upgrading, changes are prorated immediately. When downgrading/canceling, features remain available until the end of your billing month.
What is the dedicated render node in Enterprise?
Enterprise subscribers run their rendering workloads on a separate, dedicated cloud compute instance rather than our shared pools. This guarantees zero queuing and maximum render speed regardless of global server loads.
Can I use the generated media commercially?
Yes. Both Pro and Enterprise plans grant full commercial production rights for all generated assets, logo designs, compressed outputs, and audio downloads.
